2. Real tree or Artificial? umm both! ha ha we have had both and I like both I think we are going to have a real one this year but last year we had a Artificial tree





3. When do you put up the tree? umm after Thanksgiving sometime





4. When do you take the tree down? the week or two after Christmas





5. Do you like eggnog? No!





6.Favorite gift received as a child? well i have lots but one i remember is my blue plastic doll house:)


7. Hardest person to buy for? My dad. He never tells us what he wants!!



8. Easiest person to buy for? My little brother hes always ready to tell me something he wants :)



9. Do you have a nativity scene? Yes one thats kinda broken that we have had forever and one that my grandma made



10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail them.



11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? I am thankful for all my Christmas gifts even if I cant use them :)



12. Favorite Christmas movie? O wow theres so many can I just say I am a HUGE Christmas movie fan!!!



13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Whenever I find time!



14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? most likely



15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? twiced bake potatoes, ham and all the other good food!



16. Lights on the tree? yes!!!!! color or white i think we have done both!



17. Favorite Christmas song? I have a lot!! Some are Silent Night, Happy Birthday Jesus, Away in the Major, Jingle Bells, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer!!

18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? We travel but not far, each side of my family is about 20 mins. away!

19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer? Dasher, Prancer, Vixen, Rudolph, and Commet... thats all I know

20. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Sometimes we open one Christmas present on Christmas Eve but we mostly open them on Christmas morning

21. Most annoying thing about this time of year? The crowdeness of stores ha ha im not sure thats a word!

22. Favorite ornament theme or color? Our ornaments are all different colors! A lot of them were given to us and have special meaning!


23. What do you want for Christmas this year? I asked for clothes but what I really want is to spend time with my family and friends!! and to remember what Christmas is really about! Jesus!!!

Thanksgiving Break!!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving Break was amazing I only wish I was still at home!!
Don't get me wrong I love college and I love my new friends!
But what I don't love is the actual school part lol!
Also I did not get to see many of my friends over break because I am too good for them ha ha j/k that was what Rachel said! but i cannot wait until Christmas break!! JABRO FUN!!!

So this is how I spent my break....
Homework, sleep, eating way too much, spending time with my amazing family, seeing my favorite little friends aka Josie,Jaylen,Brooklyn,and Carson!!,shopping at 5 in the morning with my mom,SISTER,Grandma,Aunt Kim and my cousins!, Dominating in Disney Scene It and Jr. Scene! What can I say I am amazing at those games! If anybody wants to challenge me let me know :), babysitting my amazing little cousins!!!
It was a nice week!!!

Twos weeks till home again!!! Cannot wait!!!

God's directing me but where I do not know........ I will just trust in Him!!

Emergency Trip Home

Okay so it wasnt really an emergency but it was a project that I had to do and I had nothing at my dorm that I could use so even though I am leaving Tues. afternoon for break I had to go home the weekend before crazy right oh well I had a good weekend!! and its not that bad of a drive least its close.

I had a relaxing time at home got to watch the game!! Go OSU!!! and hang out with my sweet sister and cousins! :)

Now I know some people know about the project I had to go home for...

I had to make a sculpture. It had to be either a person or a animal and it had to be made out of found objects. We were not allowed to buy anything!! So I decided to make a teacher out of all school supplies which because my mom homeschools it was easy to "find" school supplies that she wasnt using!! :)

Tired Teacher To Be on Tuesday!!

Wow today was crazy but it gave me a insight into what my life is going to be like lol well minus the college part ha ha



I woke up at 6:20 today to get ready for field. I left here at 7:30 and no it does not take me a hour to get ready i do a few other things too! lol

We arrived at Liberty Elementary School at 8:00 then we sign in and head our separate ways! I guess I should tell you who we is ha ha I go to field with two other students one is Chelsea and the other Tyler. Chelsea is in third grade which is upstairs and Tyler is in first which down the hall to the right and I am in kindergarten which is down the hall the left.

Then I walk in expecting to see my teacher but instead I see a unfamiliar face and she had no clue who I was. I thought Oh great substitute! ( I hated substitutes in elementary because they never knew what they were doing) anyways so the class did not behave very well which it is surprising that even kindergartners know when they can act up and get away with it ;)!!

So I checked in the homework and helped the sub and she asked me where everything was lol and though I have been there for a few weeks I had no clue where some of it was!
But I read stories to the kids and graded papers and help kids with their worksheets!
So it was a busy day at school and on top of that I had to come back change and go to class from one to two fifteen then I came back did some homework and then I had to tutor after a long day with kindergartners I don't know how I put up with 6th grade boys O wow! lol but I made it and somehow had patience!! So I have been going non-stop since 6:20 so I am dead tired!!

But the best part about field is the kids there all so cute!! and they call me Ms. Ford and they already trust me after a few weeks. As soon as I walk in they all wave to me its so cute!!! I am so ready to be a teacher but at the same time I can wait for all the stress but my adventure has begun!!!

Wonderful Weekend!

So its been a pretty good weekend after a stressful week of classes so much homework!! ahhh!!

But this weekend was pretty good!!!



Friday- I had to watch the First Year Seminar Movie It was called the Great Debators is was good a bit long but good!!! After that I went to Bob's with Megan and Lyz. Then after that I play monopoly with pete,ad, and megan! Peter pretty much dominated us all!!



Saturday-I woke up at about 9:30 did some things around the room did a little homework then went to lunch then came back and hung out for a few then went to the football game it was freezing!!!!! We left about half time because we were losing lol we dont usually win lol then i talk to my mom then peter and rachel left for BG to go see rachels best friend they were going for the night so i had the room to myself! Then i took a drive i missed my car!!!! Then i went to dinner, then came back and did a little bit of homework and then i worked out with megan, then i was planning on doing more homework but my RA decides to pound on megans door and tell her to come to bobs and play games and stop being lame and then she came and got me ha ha so we went to bobs for awhile and then i came back and hung around then i went to bed



Sunday- Me and Megan decided to try a new church called Bluffton Baptist but we didnt exactly know where it was and we were about to give up because we could not find it and megans like wait whats that? oh its Bluffton Baptist lol it was a nice service!! the sermon was really good and everyone was very friendly! The pastor spoke on the topic of being a man or women of God. The passage was found in II Kings. After that we came back and had lucnch then I did some more homework( i know i have tons of homework!!!) then talk to dad and then took a 20 min. power nap then I went to dinner and then came back and you guessed it did some more homework and chilled then i went to bob's to work on a group project then came back and then went to Brendell to watch a movie!

So it was a pretty relaxing weekend!!

Four Facts!!!
(1) I do not want this next week to start!!
(2) I wish it was the weekend again!!
(3) 16 days till i get to go home!!!
(4) Not much longer and this semester is over!!!

Family Day!!

Saturday November 1st was family day! My dad, mom, James, and Joanna came and so did my Grandma Sharon and My Grandpa and Grandma "D". I do not have any pictures as of now but I might be able to post some later. They got here around 10:30-11:00 and we walk around a bit and went to marbeck commons which is where our cafeteria and a cafe called Bob's and our bookstore is. So I showed them that and then we went into the bookstore and looked around. Then we walked into town and went to a mexican restaurant it was pretty good! Then we came back and I showed them my room and they got to meet my roommate for the first time!(well everyone cept mom and dad who already met her) Then we walked to the baseball field and saw the signs that had the numbers of the baseball players who died in the bus crash a couple years ago. Then we went back to Bob's and sat for awhile and Jimmy played the piano ha ha he played the mario theme song and some of the college guys were watching him ha ha! Then Grandma and Grandpa left. And everybody else came back to my room where we sat and talked for awhile then they left around 4ish! It was a good day! It was fun just spending time with them and showing them around! And spending time with James and Jo! I never knew how much I missed them till they came!! I love them both so much!! Thanks to mom and grandma and grandma and grandpa I think I have enough food to last me till January lol!!
